Domain name and web space. – Provided at an additional cost, unless an existing domain name and web space are already available to you. 

Content – The relevant text and photographs to be provided by the client by e-mail or on CD/DVD.  Please note that the client accepts sole responsibility for the content and copyright privileges. They should ensure that they have the right to use any photographs etc. to be included in the website.

Costing – The quotation includes the cost of two updates to the site to be carried out over a period of not more than 18 months.  This period commences on the date that the website goes ‘live.’

Website – A dummy website will be provided for approval within 14 days from receipt of the web content in the case of a single page site. Multiple page sites by separate agreement.

Deposit – 50% of the agreed quotation to be paid in advance.  The balance to be paid on approval of the dummy website content before publication to the web.
